PNEUMA BREATHWORK

A direct experience of communication with the world of archetypes and symbols will be conducted through the practice of "Pneuma Breathwork." During these practical sessions, you will not only delve into your subconscious, but also have the opportunity to directly experience the essence of the "original" images and ideas that indirectly govern a person’s cognitive and emotional life, decisions, and worldview. The study and firsthand experience in amplified states of consciousness offer participants the chance to reconnect and integrate the three dimensions of human existence: body, soul, and spirit.
