What happens when we pause and observe our inner world more closely?

Our thoughts can shape the way we feel, the choices we make, and how we relate to others. Yet we do not always notice the beliefs and patterns behind them. Analytical meditation offers a space to slow down, reflect, and become more aware of what is happening within us.

On October 4, Prof. Juan Ruiz Naupari will guide the class “Analytical Meditation: A Transpersonal Practice for Self-Knowledge”, part of the Cartography of Consciousness & Pneuma Breathwork course.

Together, we will explore analytical meditation as a practice of inquiry: a way to look beyond our immediate reactions, ask deeper questions, and begin to understand our inner experience with greater clarity. You can join this class even if you are not enrolled in the full course.
